Research around the harmful effects of blue light exposure at night is unveiling the scary reality that technology and indoor lighting can have detrimental effects on our long term health.

But is blue light all bad? No! We need blue light exposure, from the sun, to cue our body to produce cortisol for energy during the day. Melatonin production is also influenced by the amount of blue light we get from natural light during the day - the darkness in the evening helps us release it into our system for restful sleep at night.
